  • Purpose: Track page visits, session duration, and user behaviour in aggregate to help us improve our sites.

These cookies are set only after you accept analytics cookies. systems-innovation.net currently runs more than one GA4 property, so you may see more than one _ga_* cookie there.

Analytics and Marketing Cookies (HubSpot)

  • Provider: HubSpot
  • Cookie names: hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc, __hssrc
  • Purpose: Track form submissions, identify returning visitors, and associate browser sessions with marketing contacts.

Marketing Cookies (Meta)

  • Provider: Meta (Facebook)
  • Cookie names: _fbp, _fbc
  • Purpose: Measure ad conversions and build audiences for Meta advertising campaigns.

Marketing Cookies (LinkedIn)

  • Provider: LinkedIn (LinkedIn Insight Tag)
  • Cookie names: li_sugr, bcookie, bscookie, lidc, UserMatchHistory, AnalyticsSyncHistory, li_gc, li_fat_id
  • Purpose: Measure the performance of our LinkedIn advertising campaigns, attribute conversions such as demo and rental inquiry requests to those campaigns, and build audiences for LinkedIn advertising. Currently used on knw.net and coillearningcenter.com.
  • Deployed via: Google Tag Manager. Tag Manager does not set cookies of its own; it loads the marketing tags described here, and only after you accept marketing cookies.

Our websites also signal your choices to Google using Google Consent Mode v2: every Google signal defaults to "denied" and only updates when you make a choice in the cookie banner.

Third-Party Embed Cookies

These cookies are set when you interact with embedded content such as videos.

  • Providers: YouTube (Google), Vimeo
  • Purpose: Enable video playback. May track watch behaviour for personalised recommendations on those platforms.

On our sites, YouTube embeds are served from the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain (no cookies until you interact with the player), and Vimeo videos and Instagram posts load only after you choose to play or load them — no cookies from those providers are set before that. Older embeds on lmgtouring.net and systems-innovation.net may still load Vimeo's player, and its vuid cookie, on page load.

Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly page analytics on our sites; loads only after you accept analytics cookies and does not use cross-site cookies.

Mux — our video streaming provider; configured not to set cookies or store identifiers in your browser.

Mapbox — powers the interactive location maps; loads only after you accept functional cookies or choose to load a map, and may then store a device identifier locally.

BrightEdge (lmg.net) — loads related-content links in the page footer; sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

Pirsch Analytics (lmgtouring.net) — analytics and the cookie-consent banner on that site.

Google reCAPTCHA (systems-innovation.net) — spam protection on forms; sets the _GRECAPTCHA cookie for security purposes.
